Shipping Policy

EHub Direct is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

Shipping Fees

We offer Free Shipping as an available option for all purchases made through EHub Direct.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage.  Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order to save on shipping fees as we may put them all in one box, but we can’t group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 0-2 business days. Delivery could take between 2-12 business days depending on the delivery location. We will email you confirming the carrier’s details and the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can then track the status of your order from the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the United States. Please note that all customs, duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Contact your local post office for more information on these fees. These fees are calculated by customs officials and vary from country to country. They are not included in the total at checkout. They are beyond our control, and we are unable to provide estimates for these fees. Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Damaged / Incomplete Order

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the product’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Changes to Our Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to change this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We provide shipping return labels only for packages that were sent in error on our part.  Other returns shall be the buyers responsible.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

Try before you buy

When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item.
